We will treat our residents with compassion, fairness, and integrity. We will be accountable to our residents. We will respect the rights of residents, including their right to privacy, confidentiality, and self-determination.

HER House is a recovery-oriented, home-like environment where residents are supported in their individual healing and growth. Daily structure and access to opportunity will play a crucial role in helping residents develop the sober living skills necessary to maintain a satisfying, long-term recovery and prevent relapse.

Residents will govern themselves. HER House is a collaborative community that requires active participation from residents. Residents will support one another and create recovery networks of likeminded women with the goal of recovery, these bonds will help to sustain the mission of HER House and empower residents to lead fulfilling and joyful lives.

We are committed to being good neighbors and stewards of the communities we serve. We endeavor to develop strong bonds with our neighbors and community partners to ensure that HER House and her residents feel welcome and at home. To that end, we are committed to environmental sustainability and HER House is powered with solar energy, reducing our environmental impact and expenses for residents.
